The Bear Rock Chalet is well-equipped so that you have all you need to enjoy your stay for a few
nights or a few weeks.  Here is a listing of some of the things provided in the cabin:

Kitchen:

  • knives, utensils, corkscrews, bottle openers, can openers
  • toaster oven

  • dishwasher
  • garbage disposal

Other amenities:

  • Summertime access to the Beech Mountain Club - Guest fees apply
  • Extra blankets, including two down blankets and three summer blankets
  • patio table and chairs on the deck, extra deck chairs
  • 34" TV upstairs with DVD and 32" LCD TV downstairs with X-box and DVD
  • game table and chairs seats up to six
  • woodburning fireplace, plenty of firewood supplied
  • gas stove/fireplace in downstairs rec room
  • washer & dryer, iron and ironing board
  • gas grill and bbq tools
  • Wi-fi available for those that bring their computer

What you should bring:

  • Sheets, pillowcases and towels - 3 queen beds, 1 full and 1 twin
  • Laundry detergent and paper products
  • food & drinks
  • fire starters (firewood supplied, but fire starters help!)
  • Your favorite music CDs, DVDs and X-box games (standard, not "360")
  • We supply starter supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, spices, creamer & sugar, etc.
